DTx Careers: Inside Sales Representative (ISR)
DTx is a rapidly growing manufacturer of OEM system design, engineering & embedded solutions. We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to generate new client relationships.
Summary of Responsibilities
Perform lead generation and territory development activities in support of the sales organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to the following:

Identify, qualify and develop sales prospects.

Identify and initiate contact with multiple decision makers including VPs and Directors of Product Management, Program Management, R&D, Engineering, Strategic Sourcing, etc. via telephone and email.

Perform preliminary lead needs analysis.
-
Perform telephone follow-up to direct mail campaigns and other marketing activities.
-
Maintaining a daily minimum outbound call volume.
-
Set appointments and secure follow-up meetings for Business Developers.

Maintain records of all lead generation activities.

Prepare reports of lead generation activities
Qualifications/Requirements
-
3 – 5 years of lead generation/insides sales or telesales experience, preferably in a solution-selling environment.

Skilled at developing relationships with decision makers, opportunity identification and pipeline building.

Sales force automation experience, preferably with SalesLogix.
-
Experience and willingness to cold call to prospects.
-
Excellent written/verbal communication and time management skills.
-
Team player, results oriented with a strong attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively with internal resources.
-
Proficient with MS Office, Outlook and Internet research.

Computer hardware experience preferred but not required
